SR five(:

okay so believe it or not i was a cheerleader all in high school and before that i was a cheerleader for rec and i also did a all star team but i can still remember now matter what in order to cheer on the side lines for the football or to win a competition we always had to worm together as a team and always keeping in mind just because someone is new or someone else is better at a certain thing doesn't mean their is a star of the team.
One of my greatest memories from cheerleading takes place awhile ago when i was in 7th grade during this time i was cheerleading for the middle river renegades which at the time was a very very good team that wasnt use to getting anything but first place it. We were our 3rd competition of the season which was called spirit bowl we had an amazing routine and we knew we would be placing in the top three but then.. half the team didnt show up
This was because one of the stupid coaches decided to call half the team and tell them not to come to the competition because her daughter was sick and was unable to make it. well she failed to inform the head coach of this and was later fired but that's besides the point normally there was 22 girls on my team and only 12 showed up but in that 30 minutes before we went up on the mat we manage to pull it together redo out routine and still come in 4th place out of 12 teams(:

Short Response Four

As crazy as it may sound ever since i was in 5th grade I've always loved little kids. Which is why the career i am interested in is to be a pre-school teacher.
As of right now i currently have a job at St Lukes Pre-school. i am a aid in the class room. I really enjoy working here because i did a internship there last year and had a great mentor that helped me get my 90 hour certification to be a aid in the class room during my senior year of high school. I believe the purpose of this work is to prepare children for grade school so when they start they already have a feel for the class room and it isn't a huge adjustment.I really do believe that children that go to Pre-school really do benefit from it and you can tell the difference between ones that have been in the school setting compared to ones that haven't been.Parents can also benefit from this because instead of dropping there children off at a daycare and paying extremely high prices Pre-school is normally cheaper and offers more than just playing and taking naps all day.

My mentor Sharon Winter really did inspire me to work with children when i first started my internship there last year i really didn't want to work with  children for the rest of my life but my senior year there was so much fun i knew there was no other place i would want to be. So a week ago when i found out a aid there had quit i was extremely happy to take the job, and i honestly wouldn't want to be anywhere else (:
